As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our valued policyholders. Assist policyholders with policy changes, payments, and general questions. Provide accurate information about insurance policies and coverage options. Help facilitate the claims process by gathering necessary information and guiding customers. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our system. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build stronger relationships. Requirements Active WI Property & Casualty License (Required) Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A genuine desire to help people and solve problems. Comfortable using various computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
