Job Title: Licensed Insurance Customer Service State Farm Agent Team Member

What Youll Do:• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through value-based conversations• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service (policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, coverage questions)• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance options using a needs-based approach• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention• Support the agent with daily office operations and business growth goals
