Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Policy Administration: Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring all changes are accurately documented.

Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, providing necessary advice and support to facilitate a smooth experience.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Communication: Effectively communicate policy details and coverage options to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their insurance needs.

Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring all customer interactions meet or exceed quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

Licensing: An Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.

Experience: A minimum of one year in an insurance customer service role is required, demonstrating capability in policyholder interactions.

Experience: Must have previous Allstate experience.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to customers.

Problem-Solving: Proficient at resolving client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within deadlines, ensuring all client needs are addressed timely.

Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in policy maintenance and updates.

Team-Oriented: Works collaboratively within a team to uphold company standards and ensure client satisfaction.
