Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (Allstate / State Farm Experience Preferred)
We are seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative with Allstate or State Farm agency experience who is ready to take their career to the next level. Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Service and support existing client accounts, including policy changes, coverage questions, and renewals
- Provide professional guidance on personal lines insurance products and coverage options
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify opportunities to assist clients with additional coverage needs when appropriate
- Maintain accurate client records and follow agency procedures for documentation and service
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Previous Insurance Experience is needed
- Proven success in an insurance customer service or account management role
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to team success
