This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $17 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Retaining clients by servicing their needs, cross selling other lines, etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
- Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Provide clients with payment options and assistance as needed.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Preferred candidate would already have their license or licensing assistance is available
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
- Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
