You'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that guides our policyholders through their insurance journey, from answering questions to processing important updates. Salary Range: $45000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions.
Provide clear and accurate information about insurance products and coverage options.
Process new business applications and policy renewals efficiently.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Make policy renewal calls
RequirementsValid Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required)
PRIOR ALLSTATE EXPERIENCE HUGE PLUS
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
