Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Retention Specialist to strengthen client relationships and improve policy retention. This role is responsible for proactively engaging with existing clients, identifying coverage needs, addressing concerns, and implementing retention strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
The ideal candidate is skilled in relationship building, problem-solving, and consultative communication, with a strong understanding of insurance products and customer service best practices.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Contact existing policyholders to review coverage, renewals, and account changes.
Proactively identify retention risks and implement strategies to prevent policy cancellations.
Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage solutions that align with clients' needs.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, coverage, claims, and policy changes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular outreach and follow-up.
Document all customer interactions accurately within the agency management system and CRM.
Collaborate with producers, account managers, and service teams to resolve client concerns.
Track retention metrics and contribute to achieving agency retention goals.
Assist with cross-selling and upselling opportunities when appropriate.
Support automation campaigns, renewal workflows, and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent. Active Insurnace License with Texas Department of Insurance
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, account management, or insurance experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally.
