Salary Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Ongoing Training Seminars Equipment Provided Hands on Training Holidays Off Responsibilities Answer incoming calls to assist with customer questions. Assist customers with their insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details. Proactively reach out to clients nearing policy renewal to ensure timely updates and reviews. Address and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner. Requirements An Active Arizona Property & Casualty License is required. Previous experience with Allstate systems. Insurance Customer Service Experience: 1 year of prior insurance experience in customer service.
