Job Description
The Office Manager (Bilingual / Spanish) will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. They are responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, annual, semi-annual, and monthly sales plan execution/control, retention enhancement, office staff supervision and various task delegation.
I am looking for an ENERGETIC professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Salary Range: $55000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
- Responsible for Sales and Marketing plan as well as the execution of Customer Service and Retention strategies.
- Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly and annually sales and retention targets and expectations.
- Must be Licensed in Property & Casualty Products
- Prior Insurance and/or Sales Experience.
- Must be Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up on daily and weekly tasks.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
