- Handle live inbound and outbound quotes with urgency — close on the first call whenever possible.
- Serve high-net-worth households with consultative, needs-based coverage conversations across auto, home, umbrella, and commercial lines.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with Spanish- and English-speaking clients in-person and by phone.
- Conduct coverage reviews and proactively cross-sell to protect clients' full financial picture.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and stay current on Allstate products and compliance requirements.
- Fluent in Spanish and English — spoken and written fluency is essential for the clients we serve
- Active CT P&C or Personal Lines license preferred — or seriously committed to getting licensed before your start date
- Minimum 6 months proven sales experience — you know how to generate business and close deal.
- Insurance sales experience is a strong plus, but not required — we will teach the product to the right person
- Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills — comfortable on the phone and in person
