Job Description
Our Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a motivated and sales-driven Insurance Producer to join our growing team.
This role is designed for individuals who want to build strong client relationships, grow their income through performance-based compensation, and develop their skills in personal and commercial insurance sales.
Our agency provides marketing support, inbound internet leads, and modern quoting technology so producers can focus on advising clients and closing business. We utilize CRM systems, digital quoting tools, and agency marketing platforms designed to help producers efficiently manage prospects and grow their book of business.
This is a hybrid position, requiring three days per week in the office and allowing remote work for the remainder of the week.
Producers who demonstrate strong performance and leadership may have opportunities for increased responsibilities within the organization.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting
Quote and sell auto, home, umbrella, life, and commercial insurance policies
Conduct client coverage reviews and identify additional protection opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication
Track sales activity and client interactions using agency CRM systems
Participate in weekly sales meetings and performance coaching
Work inbound internet leads and agency marketing campaigns
RequirementsActive Oklahoma Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Life & Health license or willingness to obtain within 90 days
Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to manage a fast-paced sales pipeline
