Compensation:
Base salary: $41,600
Top performers earn: $65,600+ with our competitive commission structure

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively participate in face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
Plan Customization: Develop and tailor insurance plans based on individual client requirements.
Sales Target: Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives as set by the management team.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring continued service satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales processes.
RequirementsLicensing: Must hold or willing to acquire a valid Property & Casualty License in Nevada.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service: Strong ability to meet and exceed client expectations with a positive attitude.
Sales Skills: Ability to effectively close sales and detail oriented to manage complex transactions.
Analytical Skills: Must demonstrate ability to analyze client needs and tailor insurance plans.
Professionalism: A professional and enthusiastic approach to interactions with clients and colleagues.
Technology Skills: Competence in using CRM software and other sales-related technology.
