We are currently seeking an Insurance Sales Representative with a strong track record in sales. Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through phone, email, referrals, and networking
  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain referral partnerships with local professionals
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Educate prospects on coverage options and the value of protection
  • Track and manage pipeline activity to meet monthly production goals
Requirements
  • Proven track record of 20+ items sold per month required
  • Valid Property & Casualty license required
  • Prior experience working remotely and managing your own workflow
  • A quiet, dedicated home office setup
  • Strong self-motivation with a positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus
