We are currently seeking an Insurance Sales Representative with a strong track record in sales. This is an in-office role designed for high performers who are ready to build genuine connections with clients and help them safeguard what matters most. Responsibilities
- Generate new business through phone, email, referrals, and networking
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships with local professionals
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Educate prospects on coverage options and the value of protection
- Track and manage pipeline activity to meet monthly production goals
- Proven track record of 20+ items sold per month required
- Valid Property & Casualty license required
- Prior experience working remotely and managing your own workflow
- A quiet, dedicated home office setup
- Strong self-motivation with a positive, team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus
