Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and existing client base
Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage recommendations
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and personalized service
Follow up with potential clients and leads to efficiently close sales
Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay updated on insurance products and industry trends

Requirements

Requirements:

Active insurance license in the state of Iowa, if not licensed currently employer will pay for licensing costs after 90 days of employment.
Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field recommended, not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of insurance software
