Job Description

Are you a licensed insurance professional who loves closing deals and helping clients protect what matters most?

Julia Sourfazian Insurance Agency, a growing Farmers Insurance agency, is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in North Hollywood.

This is an in-office sales position focused on generating new business through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, cross-selling existing clients, and referral generation. We provide leads, training, and support, but success in this role comes from hustle, persistence, and a strong desire to win.

Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospects and leads provided by the agency
Generate quotes for Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and other personal lines products
Close new business and achieve monthly production goals
Cross-sell existing agency customers
Ask for and generate referrals from clients and personal networking efforts
Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize close ratios
Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within AgencyZoom
Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
Stay current on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and coverage options
Contribute to a positive, goal-oriented team environment

Requirements

Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
Previous sales experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable making outbound calls daily
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in-office in North Hollywood, CA
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to learn and effectively present insurance products and coverages

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous insurance sales experience
Experience with Farmers Insurance products
Experience using AgencyZoom or similar CRM systems
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
