Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer solutions that fit their lives.
• Build and present thorough insurance proposals, walking clients through their coverage options with clarity.
• Nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering opportunities to better protect them.
• Handle new business applications and follow up to ensure policies are issued without a hitch.
• Stay current on industry trends and product updates to always bring your best to every client conversation.
• Meet sales goals and play an active role in the continued growth of the agency.

• Valid Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A genuine desire to help people and understand their needs.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with technology and CRM systems.
