Job Description

Monica Baez - State Farm Agency, located in Corvallis, OR has an immediate opening for a full-time Insurance Sales Professional. We are an award winning State Farm agency focused on fulfilling the needs of our customers and creating success for our team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Hourly pay starting at $18-$20 depending on experience

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Auto & Fire Insurance license
Life & Health license
