The Wesley Dickinson Allstate Agency in Bryant, Arkansas is growing fast and were hiring a licensed, proven Personal Lines (P&C) Sales Producer whos ready to step in and start writing business from day one.
If youre already licensed, have at least 1 year of P&C sales experience, and youre motivated by performance-based earnings, this is a great opportunity to join a high-energy, team-driven agency with strong support and unlimited growth potential.
Who Were Looking For
To be considered, you must meet the following non-negotiables:
- Active Arkansas Personal Lines (P&C) License (required)
- Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines / P&C insurance sales experience (required)
- Proven ability to close business and hit sales goals
- Confident communicator with strong phone and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, competitive, and driven to earn more through performance
- Dependable work history and strong integrity
This role is for licensed producers only. We are looking for someone who can start selling immediately.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary + Commission+ Bonuses
- $50,000$100,000+ annual earning potential

As a Licensed Sales Producer, youll focus on selling and building relationships while helping clients protect what matters most.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other Personal Lines products
- Work warm leads and referrals while generating new business through outbound prospecting
- Make 80 outbound calls per day to quote, follow up, and close
- Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend the right coverage
- Present quotes confidently and close new business daily
- Deliver a professional, positive customer experience every time
- Active Arkansas Personal Lines License (required)
- Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines / P&C insurance sales experience (required)
- Proven ability to close business and hit sales goals
