Licensed Insurance Professional Growth Opportunity with Farmers InsuranceFull-Time | Base + Commission | Advancement Potential

Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close new insurance business
- Build and maintain a growing client portfolio
- Recommend personal, commercial, and financial insurance solutions
- Cross-sell and up-sell products based on client needs
- Maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-up
- Stay up-to-date on new products and market trends
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health a plus)
- Previous success in insurance sales or a related field
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business instincts
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to be coached and to lead by example
