Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide expert guidance.
Develop personalized insurance proposals and present them clearly to prospective policyholders.
Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up effectively to ensure client engagement.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with a diverse clientele.
Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.
Continuously expand product knowledge to offer the most suitable coverage options.
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales goals.
RequirementsValid Alabama P&C Insurance License (Required)
Demonstrated success in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with learning and utilizing new software and technology.
