Were looking for high performing RemoteLicensed Sales Professionals in the eastern time zone who are ready to financially reward themselves for exuberating outstanding performance while serving the insurance and financial needs of our customers (we're not looking for average). Our agency prides itself on being community-focused and family-orientedincluding our customers. We are a high-performing team experiencing rapid growth, which is why were expanding our sales department.
We currently have two openings for highly coachable, driven, and motivated sales professionals. Our base salary isbased on experience, paired with an aggressive commission, bonus structure, creating a first-year total compensation opportunity up to $120,000+ based on your work ethic and ability..
Salary Range: $75000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provided multiple lead sources daily, build relationships, and generate new business daily
- Prepare insurance quotes and close sales daily
- Deliver an extraordinary customer service experience during the sales process
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain communication during the sales process
- Commit to your continuous learning and skill development
- Highly coachable and eager to grow your sales ability by learning our sales process
- Active - Property & Casualty License in your home state and Georgia Non-Resident License (or obtained prior to start date).
- Ability to quickly build rapport and start conversations from a cold lead
- Strong goal orientation (ability to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly Sales Goals)
- Proven sales ability with demonstrated closing skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong self-starter with excellent multitasking abilities
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times
- Strong Work Ethics and High Personal Integrity
- Prior Allstate experience preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years of remote insurance sales.
