Salary Range: $85000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs and concerns.
Educate clients on available insurance products, explaining coverage options clearly.
Develop and present tailored insurance proposals designed to provide optimal protection.
Process applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
Collaborate with the team to share insights and contribute to a positive agency atmosphere.
RequirementsValid Texas Property & Casualty License (required). PERSONAL OR GENERAL LINES LICENSE NEEDED.
Demonstrated success in insurance sales or a similar client-facing sales role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their needs.
Comfort and proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a traditional office setting.
