We're hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is designed for motivated, coachable professionals who want structure and income growth tied directly to results. Responsibilities- Generate and close new auto, home, and related insurance policies through inbound and outbound sales
- Conduct needs analysis, provide accurate quotes, and guide clients through policy binding
- Maintain consistent daily activity levels including calls, quotes, and follow-ups
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Build long-term client relationships through ethical sales and disciplined follow-up
- An active insurance license is required
- Previous Allstate insurance experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confidence and professionalism in phone and client interactions
- Coachable mindset with the ability to apply feedback quickly
- Goal-oriented and comfortable in a performance-based environment
- Ethical, dependable, and team-focused attitude
