Position Overview An established State Farm agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to support agency growth through customer-focused conversations and professional service. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys helping customers identify insurance needs and recommending appropriate solutions in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities Develop leads and schedule customer appointments• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable products• Build and maintain strong customer relationships• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service• Assist with policy inquiries, coverage questions, and account updates• Support billing, policy changes, and claims-related questions• Follow agency sales and service processes
