Pay Range: 50k- 70k (potential with hourly plus commissions; suggested for use for Indeed min/max salary range)

Angela Fox- State Farm Agency in Mulvane, KS is looking for an experienced, licensed insurance professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Sales Account Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys selling, building customer relationships, and growing a book of business. You'll work with both new and existing customers, identify coverage opportunities, generate new business, and help clients find insurance solutions that fit their needs.

·$24$28/hour base pay + commission

·Potential total compensation of $50,000$75,000+, based on sales performance

·Generate and close new personal and commercial insurance business

·Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers

·Build and maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders

·Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products

·Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage

·Quote and sell Auto, Home, Property, Casualty, Life, and Health products

·Proactively prospect through phone calls, referrals, and other lead-generation activities

·Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects

·Help retain and grow existing accounts

·Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals

·Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the agency's CRM

·Develop new Financial Service opportunities with both existing and new clients

·Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers and fellow team members

·Active Property & Casualty license required

·Active Life & Health license (must have or be able to obtain)

·Insurance sales or account management experience preferred

·Experience with State Farm or a similar insurance agency is a plus

·Strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products

·Proven ability to generate and close new business

·Experience with cross-selling and account development

·Strong communication and relationship-building skills

·Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively following up with prospects

·Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

·Comfortable using CRM and sales technology

·B2B sales or outside sales experience is a plus
