Salary Range: $45000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to obtain insurance sales
Cross sell current polic
Explain insurance policy details, benefits, and coverage options clearly.
Process new insurance applications and renewals accurately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service.
Collaborate with the agency owner and team to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
RequirementsValid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Prior Allstate experience a huge plus
Proven experience in insurance sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with insurance products and services.
