We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Base Salary + Commission & Bonus first year earning potential of $100,000+
Our top performers total compensation package is up $120,000+
Salary Range: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Sales Goals: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
Presentations: Deliver clear and compelling sales presentations to clients.
Organization: Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring timely follow-up and meeting deadlines.
Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently to manage client relationships and administrative duties.
Technology: Utilize computers and learn new software programs to streamline processes and improve customer service.
RequirementsLicensing: Must hold a valid Florida 440 or 220 insurance license.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Presentation Skills: Ability to confidently deliver presentations to clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
