Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Farmers Insurance
A Farmers Insurance agency is actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed individual who enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and growing their income through performance.
Compensation: $45,000 $110,000 per year (base + bonus + commission)
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach
- Build strong client relationships and provide coverage recommendations
- Educate customers on insurance options and policy features
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and service requests
- Support existing clients with policy changes and account reviews
- Maintain accurate client documentation and activity records
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Insurance or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
