Salary Range: $60000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Connect with potential and current clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.

Policy Advisory: Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance policies that align with the client's needs.

Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strong customer relationships.

Cross-selling Techniques: Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products that enhance client portfolios.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to deliver competitive insurance advice.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty 440 license required

Hours: Must be able to work M-F 8:30a-5:30p

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Customer-Centric: A dedication to providing outstanding customer service

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions
