Join the Team for an exciting career as a Full-time Licensed Sales Professional for GEICO Insurance Agency in MORRIS PLAINS, NJ.

Become a part of one of the largest car insurance companies in New Jersey and New York. We are hiring highly motivated individuals to become the next successful insurance representative.

Our Successful agents are great at:

Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, marketing, and lead databases.
Setting appointments and meeting with prospective customers
Presenting and explaining our products and services using a consultative approach, based on a true understanding of clients needs and goals.
Agents Earn a base + Bonus
High volume number Leads and customers to speak with with leads closing as high as 50-70 %

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Calling, presenting and selling GEICO Insurance products and services. ( NO COLD calling or Lead purchasing Required)
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
Develop? ongoing networking relationships with Auto Dealers.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity
Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Job Requirements

Property & Casualty Insurance license is required OR Personal Lines
Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily
Willingness to learn and be coach-able
A great self-starter
Intermediate computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various Windows applications
Must Have Insurance Licenses
Work some weekends & Office Events
Highly Proficient in Phone etiquette and dialing large volumes
