Job Description

Join the Marnette Bromberg Allstate Agency in Dedham, MA, as a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative and become part of a team that is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.

We are looking for a motivated, goal-driven insurance professional with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right coverage. This is an in-office position for someone who thrives in a team environment and is excited about growing their insurance career.

Our agency provides the tools, training, and support you need to succeed while offering a competitive compensation package with strong earning potential through base salary, commissions, and bonuses.

This is an in-office position. Remote work is not available.

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $120,000+ annually (base salary + commission+ bonus opportunities)

Responsibilities

  • Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
  • Provide personalized insurance recommendations and coverage options
  • Handle inbound leads and customer inquiries with a consultative sales approach
  • Generate new business through relationship-building and effective sales strategies
  • Quote and sell personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, and bundled policies
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage to better protect clients
  • Maintain accurate customer information and follow agency processes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted insurance advisor
Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
  • Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience handling inbound leads, live transfers, or warm sales opportunities preferred
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and technology tools
