Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage a portfolio of clients, providing personalized insurance solutions.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs and risks.
- Research and present a range of insurance products from various carriers to best meet client requirements.
- Process applications, follow up on policy changes, and handle endorsements with accuracy.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations.
- Oklahoma Property & Casualty License (required).
- Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably in independent agency settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage time and priorities independently.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and standard office software.
- A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
