Responsibilities

  • Quote and bind new personal lines policies (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Specialty)
  • Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and prospect outreach
  • Follow up quickly with internet leads and warm prospects
  • Contact prior agency clients and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
  • Track activity and production within the agency CRM
  • Meet monthly production goals and sales performance standards
Requirements
  • Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Prior insurance sales experience preferred
  • Strong phone and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive sales mindset
  • Comfortable working toward monthly production goals
  • Ability to manage multiple quotes and follow-ups daily
