Job Description
The Customer Service & Sales Representative plays a vital role in supporting our clients and growing our agency. This position involves assisting current and prospective customers with their insurance needs, providing exceptional service, and actively pursuing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide professional service to clients via phone, email, and in-person, addressing policy questions and processing changes.
- Identify client needs, offer insurance solutions, and educate on coverage options and benefits.
- Generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, upselling, and follow-ups on leads.
- Maintain accurate client records, ensure satisfaction, and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with the team, stay updated on industry trends, and meet sales goals.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple programs efficiently.
- Must have a Property & Casualty insurance license (Life & Health is a plus).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
