Job Description
Blue River Electric is looking for a full time Licensed Journeyman Electrician. Our Standard work hours are M-Th 7am to 5pm. Most Fridays off, OT if approved.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (conduit, wiring, lighting, panels).
- Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.
- Troubleshoot and repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using handtools, power tools and testing devices.
- Interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Follow Electrical Code and local building regulations.
- Mentor apprentices.
Blue River Electric is an independently owned electrical contracting company based in Seward, NE, who provides installation of new electrical components and maintains and repairs existing electrical infrastructure in Seward and in the surrounding areas, including in Lincoln, NE.
