Requirements

Valid Life and Health Insurance License
Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably as a broker or agent
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and coverage options
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes
