Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to assess their life insurance needs and provide tailored policy recommendations
- Educate clients on available products including term, whole life, final expense, and mortgage protection
Follow up with leads provided through our in-house marketing
- Maintain active communication and excellent service throughout the client relationship
- Submit applications accurately and in compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education requirements
Qualifications:
Active Life Insurance License (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Tech-savvy and able to work independently or in a team environment
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus, but not required
