Taubman Financial Management is looking for licensed life insurance agents who are ready to stop doing administrative busy work and start doing what they do best: selling and advising. What You'll Do
●Consult with clients to assess their life insurance and financial protection needs
●Present and sell life insurance products tailored to each client's situation
●Build long-term client relationships through honest, needs-based advising
●Work leads delivered through our automated system — no cold prospecting required
●Close business remotely via phone, video, or digital application tools
●Grow as a solo producer, or recruit and build your own team — the choice is yours

What We're Looking For
●Active life insurance license (required)
●Strong communication and consultative sales skills
●Self-driven, coachable, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
●Comfortable with commission-only, performance-based income
●Interest in either individual production or team building/leadership
●Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related sales role preferred
●Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls
