Licensed Marital and Family Therapist
This full-time telehealth role is open to an Iowa-licensed Marital and Family Therapist who wants a clear, steady schedule and the ability to provide care from a remote setting. The LMFT will work with clients facing family, relationship, emotional, and behavioral health concerns. The work is focused on providing thoughtful therapy, clear treatment planning, and ongoing support through virtual sessions.
Location: IowaWork Setting: Remote / TelehealthPosition Type: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote counseling services to clients in Iowa
- Work with individuals, couples, and families on treatment goals
- Complete assessments, progress notes, and treatment updates
- Support clients with communication issues, relationship concerns, stress, mood symptoms, and family transitions
- Use appropriate clinical methods based on client presentation
- Maintain privacy and professional standards during all telehealth sessions
- Stay current with licensure and ethical requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active LMFT license in Iowa
- Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth
- Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
