Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Colorado Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Summary
As an LMFT in a telehealth setting, you’ll provide structured therapy sessions that help clients improve relationships, communication, and emotional regulation. Your day-to-day work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing counseling—while keeping clean documentation and collaborating with the care team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms
- Complete intake assessments, clinical impressions, and treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with client goals
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation (notes, updates, discharge planning)
- Monitor risk and follow safety protocols when needed
- Coordinate care with internal teams or referral partners as appropriate
Requirements
- Active Colorado license as LMFT (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy (telehealth experience is a plus)
- Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth technology
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload during standard business hours
