Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 annuallyHours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMWork Model: TelehealthLocation: West Virginia
Role Summary
This position is built for therapists who work best in structured environments. You’ll provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families, helping them address relationship dynamics, communication issues, and emotional stressors—all while working a consistent weekday schedule.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth therapy sessions for individuals and families
- Conduct relational assessments and develop care plans
- Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic strategies
- Document sessions according to compliance standards
- Maintain professional boundaries in a remote setting
Requirements
- Active West Virginia Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience with family or relationship-focused therapy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort using telehealth systems
