Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: ConnecticutSetting: Remote/TelehealthSchedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Job Summary
A full-time LMFT is needed to provide telehealth therapy for Connecticut clients. This role focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families improve communication, manage family stress, address relationship concerns, and build healthier coping skills through professional clinical care. You will work with clients to understand their needs, create clear treatment goals, and provide ongoing support that helps them make steady progress in their personal and family lives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients
- Provide care for individuals, couples, and families
- Develop treatment goals based on client needs
- Document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes
- Use evidence-informed therapy approaches
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
Requirements
- Active Connecticut LMFT license required
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong communication and documentation skills
