Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Remote | New York
Role Description
This role supports clients through individual, couples, and family therapy delivered entirely online. You will work with a steady caseload and provide structured, goal-oriented care in a virtual environment.
Core Duties
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Complete clinical assessments and intake sessions
- Establish treatment goals and track progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Adhere to New York LMFT practice requirements
Requirements
- Active New York LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Clinical experience working with relational systems
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
