Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: VermontPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
We’re looking for a Vermont-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide individual therapy through telehealth.
You’ll work with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, mood concerns, and other everyday mental health challenges. The day-to-day work includes completing assessments, setting treatment goals, providing ongoing therapy, and keeping documentation up to date.
This role is a good fit for a clinician who is comfortable working independently, values consistency in their schedule, and takes a thoughtful approach to client care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete clinical assessments and establish treatment goals
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow Vermont licensure, ethical, and telehealth standards
Requirements
- Active Vermont LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
- Strong organization and time management skills
