Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Montana. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, conduct clinical assessments, create treatment plans, and support clients as they work through relationship concerns, communication challenges, stress, life transitions, and emotional health needs.
This position is a strong fit for an LMFT who enjoys meaningful clinical work, values professional structure, and wants to provide quality therapy in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
- Develop treatment plans based on each client’s needs, goals, and presenting concerns
- Use evidence-based therapy approaches appropriate for remote care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Support clients with communication patterns, relationship conflict, parenting stress, anxiety, grief, and life changes
- Follow all ethical, legal, and HIPAA requirements for telehealth services
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active LMFT license in Montana
- Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable delivering therapy through telehealth platforms
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload independently
- Must meet all state and professional requirements for clinical practice
