Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: New YorkSetting: Remote/TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a New York-licensed LMFT to provide full-time remote therapy services. The role includes conducting virtual sessions, helping clients address family and relationship concerns, maintaining treatment plans, documenting progress, and providing consistent clinical support through a secure telehealth platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Complete initial assessments and identify presenting concerns
- Build treatment plans that reflect client needs
- Support clients with relationship conflict, family stress, grief, anxiety, and major life changes
- Document sessions, treatment updates, and client progress
- Maintain a professional and confidential telehealth environment
Requirements
- Current LMFT license in New York
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
- Clinical experience working with couples, families, or individuals
- Knowledge of telehealth care and privacy standards
- Ability to maintain organized records and complete notes on time
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working remotely
