Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: ArkansasSetting: Remote/TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 to $120,000 a yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time telehealth role. This position involves providing therapy, identifying treatment priorities, tracking progress, and supporting clients through personal and relational challenges. The work is centered on delivering quality care through a reliable virtual platform while maintaining clear documentation and sound clinical decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Gather clinical information and complete intake assessments
- Develop treatment strategies that reflect client goals and presenting concerns
- Document each session and maintain up-to-date records
- Support clients with communication issues, family conflict, stress, and emotional health concerns
Requirements
- Active Arkansas LMFT license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
- Excellent communication and time management skills
