Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
The Role
We are looking for a licensed therapist who understands how relationships, family systems, stress, and emotional health connect. This remote LMFT role involves providing therapy through a secure online platform to clients who need support with personal and relational concerns.

Job Summary
In this position, you will provide virtual therapy for clients working through relationship strain, communication difficulties, family transitions, conflict, stress, and emotional concerns. You will guide clients through therapy goals, help them identify patterns, and support them as they build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
Your work will include sessions, documentation, assessments, and treatment planning. The role is remote, but the care should feel personal, professional, and consistent.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Work with individuals, couples, and families
- Assess client concerns and develop treatment plans
- Support clients with family systems issues, relationship concerns, stress, boundaries, and emotional regulation
- Document sessions and update clinical records
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment when needed
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and privacy standards
- Stay organized with client care tasks and clinical follow-up
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Florida LMFT license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
- Private workspace and reliable internet connection
