Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Indiana
Position Summary
This role centers on virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families throughout Indiana. You will address relational challenges, communication issues, and behavioral concerns while offering clinical supervision to support quality care delivery across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and manage treatment plans using systemic approaches
- Offer supervision and case consultation to clinicians
- Maintain compliant and accurate clinical records
- Participate in quality assurance and peer review processes
- Adjust interventions based on client progress
Requirements
- Active Indiana LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience with relational and family-based therapy
- Supervisory background preferred
- Ability to manage a structured virtual caseload
