Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Kentucky
This position is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy through a secure virtual platform. Your work focuses on relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and individual mental health needs within family systems. Sessions are scheduled, documentation is streamlined, and the role stays centered on client care.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct intake sessions and clinical evaluations
- Create and update treatment plans based on client goals
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes
- Adjust therapeutic approaches as needs change
- Follow Kentucky LMFT rules and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- Active Kentucky LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Minimum 2 years of clinical therapy experience
- Experience working with relational or family-based concerns
- Comfortable delivering care in a remote environment
